Fiber CSA

This is just brilliant. I hope more small farms start doing this!

yeah baby, I bought one share for the Spring shearing. Actually a few spinners and knitters that I know around here bought them. I seriously can’t wait to see what I get. You can even go out to Martha’s Vineyard for shearing day. Check out MVFF group on ravelry.

There are also goat and sheep adoption programs at http://www.windridgefiberfarm.com

I love this, too! I bought in for the shearing in Spring as well. It’s a fantastic idea- I just wish I was closer to it, I’d love to do some of the hands- on work.

This is my third year ordering fiber shares from Breeze Hill Farm. I love their roving and painted yarns.

I just wanted to note that my website is http://www.windridgefiberfarm.net for anyone interested in adopting a sheep or a lamby yarn share!
